I have submitted an application a couple of months ago for Sep 05.

You need to send them a fax in order to get the application form.

Basically the school serves students in the Sai Kung and Tseung Kwan O area.  We are not living in these districts and applied for the school anyway because Tsing Yi is too far away for us.  So the staff called us to clarify.  Technically they can still accept our application but we can't apply for their primary school because the primary school will not accept students from outside the district.  We told them that it would be fine for us and they continue to process our application.
