Anyone know if my child is studying in Grade one of an international school, can he join the lucky draw for local primary 1?

if your kid is studying local kindy, the school will give you the so-called lucky draw form.  for your case, then you need to get the form yourself.   pls visit 教育統籌局的網頁 and call the hotline if needed:

by the way, just for curiousity, how come you want to join the lucky draw?
