CIS , ISF is international school with Mandarin as chinese teaching tool.  Listening and talking skill should be fine , but writing chinese character would need some additional effort if to compare with local school.

Chinese learnt from IS is usually quite simple, and most of them teach in simplied Chinese.

SIS has the same chinese standard as Singapore local school as they are using the same set book.

True.  ISF is a private independent school.  I won't call it an international school because it does not have the requisite international element.  It is yet so different from other local schools (public or private) in that it is more like an international school.  The teaching method, curricula, school's culture and atmosphere are essentially no different from say ESF, French IS or Canadian IS.  What distinguishes it from other international schools is that it is a truly billingual (Putonghua and English) school.

Those who are interested in ISF may visit the school on 30/4, 2-5 p.m. (last open day in this school term).

Not sure your exact requirement of "真正學到中文".  If your choice have to be an "international school" and your house is not too far from Taipo, I'll suggest:
Japanese International School in Taipo.   Its English stream provides 35 minutes Mandarin lesson everyday, including both speaking and writing (traditional Chinese) skill.   The princple said a P6 graudate is able to write a short Chinese article.   Web site of JIS http://www.jis.edu.hk

How about Yiu Chung. I attended her semiar and visited the school four years ago. She has got Chinese and English principles and the Chinese standard of her students is high.

JIS (Japanese Int'l School): Monthly School Fee is $7200 for all grades (i.e. reception class to p6) and debenture is $50000.  Just let me know if more info of it is needed.

Hi Hoeve,

My son is studying in KCIS (Primary section), he speaking English daily with his classmates and teachers. Mostly, he speak to me in Cantonese at home, and he also speak to his friends in Mandarin.

KCIS has adopted a modified version of the British National Curriculum from Primary 1 through to Primary 6, with English, Mathematics and Science as the Core subjects. Other subjects are taught through cross-curricular, topic-based activities, that include Geography, History, Information Technology and Music. The curriculum has been adapted and re-written to include a good deal of learning about both Hong Kong and Asian History and Geography. Information Technology and Physical Education are also important elements of the whole curriculum. Mandarin is the fourth core curriculum subject which is offered, and reading, writing, speaking and listening skills are all taught by fully qualified Mandarin speaking teachers. Lessons are between 40 - 50 minutes daily. In addition, Primary 1 – 6 have a weekly Music lesson, and Primary 2 - 6 have an additional Chinese Culture lesson, both taught by the Mandarin teachers.
