In EK, it seems we seldom talk about sex education so would like to open this topic for sharing.
Recently, I have spotted the below book in Fun to Read's promotion. It's written for children of 10 years old and above. I have browsed the content and found it useful. Finally, I have purchased it from Bookdepositoty for price consideration. The book is also available in HK Public Library.
Let's talk about sex : a book about changing bodies, growing up, sex and sexual health / written by Robie H. Harris ; illustrated by Michael Emberley.
Publisher: Walker Books Ltd.
Description
Now with expanded information on internet and texting safety, birth control, LGBT (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender) issues and more - this universally acclaimed classic by Robie H. Harris and Michael Emberley is a cutting-edge resource for children, parents, teachers, librarians and anyone else who cares about the well-being of pre-teens and teens. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to answer young people's concerns and questions, from conception and puberty to birth control and AIDS, it offers everything they need - now more than ever - to make responsible decisions and stay healthy.

My son is 9 years old and I am not going to pass the book for his own reading immediately. Instead, I plan to digest the content and pass him the easier information gradually next year. For LGBT, I'll wait until my son gets more mature mentally.
