My P5 daughter is now studying in a medium level local school. Her academic results are a little bit above average. However, she ususally finishes homework/dictation etc. at 10-11pm. Sometimes, she even closing her eyes when spelling the dication with me. She is hardworking but she cannot enjoy the studying and this leads her to become bad temper which affect our relationship.
If you were me, will you change her to Renaissance in the coming academic year (but she needs to give up P6 in the local school) or let her finishes P6 first and send her abroad (like UK/Aust)?
I think you can try applying Renaissance first, need to pass the assessment test. If she is accepted, then can let her adapt to international school and study further up, and you can still send her overseas later on. She is only P.5, so may be too young to go aboard on her own. Also need to know what she prefers as well.
