My girl takes the 2 year old class.  The best thing in this school is the teacher to student proportion, which I think, is worth the money spent.    But, selecting the right class is also important.  I discussed with some other parents and they only give average comments to the class teachers.
There are quite a bit of activities, even for the 2 years old : school picnic, Ocean Park visit, Sports fun day ......

my friend's son got in their playgroup when he was 1 year old, now he's attending the three years old class,
my friend told me that her son could be able to communicate with either English and Mandarin with confident.
sounds pretty good but very pricy $$$$$$$$.
