Dear all,

Is there anyone's kid join this school from grade 1, not PY1/2 ?
Is't difficult for him/her to learn Mandarin for most of the students are speaking good mandrain?

Pls advise!

Hi cfanny,

My daughter joined the school from P1.  She caught up Mandarin very fast in the first year.  I helped her by asking her to do Kumon Chinese.   She is now P4.

Dear all BK mothers,

Knowing that SIS starts at K2, no K1 is provided, which kindergarten / pre-nursery / playgroup your kid studies before getting in SIS?

In addition, if my kid studies K1 in another school, how does he switch to SIS for K2?

Hello cfanny,
Both my son and daughter are with SIS since P1,
they do not have much problem with their work.
My son is a bit weak in his maths and science that's
why he is going for tution now.
Maths and Science are quite tough in SIS comparing with some other international schools but it is good
to learn and to be trained then to avoid because of
difficulties ! Majority of the students speaks good
mandarin and english.
SIS is a good choice !
