my son went to esf saturday classes.  it's sooooo good.  the teachers are soooo nice.  he enjoyed it every minute and wouldn't go any where.  one thing is that it is very expensive as i have 3 kids

我孩子經過這三個多月的學習 變得很會處理自己的事, 也很有目標.  他Y3剛學會了打字, 現在老師的指導下愛上了寫草體英文,  他在學校很忙, 但過得很自在, 是他的感覺很自在,幾乎沒有過渡期, 開學第一天回來就說: "媽, I LOVE THIS SCHOOL."

剛看了校長的最新newsletter, 22/12 10:40 得獎隊伍會在assembly表演, 我一定去捧場和錄像.

另:

新校在短短四個月間已樣樣事情都發展得順順利利, 和校長的領導才能有莫大的關係, 很欣賞他對周邊國家的關注, 如印尼的海嘯, 積極跟別的IB學校相互交流等. 幾次的OXFAM活動我小孩都興高彩烈地回來告訴我們, 明明有通告他也常常提醒著我: 這是給OXFAM的, 別忘了一定要.......

這就是我最想要的SCHOOL LEARNING 模式! 孩子愛上學, 課上得投入, 學校的活動很上心，回到家裏關於學習的事是他都記住, 而不是我去提這點那, 我只跟他做好HOME LEARNING (NOT HOME WORK)　和跟他SHARING就夠了。

GSIS is excellent. But is there anything to do with the 'prizes to ESF and RC students'?

Or perhaps, you may open a new subject to share with those who are interested in the achievements of GSIS students.

Dear All GSIS parents,

You have my utmost sympathy that you have among yourselves a parent of such quality. But don't feel embarassed or shameful. We know it's not your fault. ESF parents are mostly sensible ones and we have good judgement to know that "Knowedger" is not a representative sample of you all. After all 樹大有枯枝!

真係估唔到，而家連哩邊都有。

To knowledger:

I agree to stop arguing on this issue, although I don't believe you about the reason you stated for posting the info from GSIS newsletter in this topic nor that you are an ESF parent. However, if you really wished ESF to do better as you mentioned earlier, all I can say is it's a pity that people misunderstood you. If not, I wish you stop starting fire to disturb BK parents share their views and change of information in a harmonious environment. This is my last word in this topic.

I am afraid the bone of contention is not academic excellence. The heated exchange was triggered by the contempt for someone who took pleasure in putting down other people's achievements while the achievements were being shared and rejoiced!

Anyway, thanks for the nice words from Jillbaba and let's not waste our precious time on someone who does not deserve our time.
