Bad experience buying violin

I bought this 1/10 from this shop and had problem tuning the G string . Fine tuner not working . I went back to have it repair and was told that I need to pay to change the tailpiece. I told them this is defective product and not that I spoil it. I was recommended to this shop by someone and I gave them the name , reluctantly they change the tailpiece for free but other ppl I know was charged for changing the tailpiece . Apparently quite a number of their violins have this problem. Initially was told that due to the violin is only hkd800 so they don't guarantee their products are free of defects. I m not happy buying from this shop and never going back again . Just venting . Any experience that you deserve a defective product coz you didn't pay a lot for it ?

1. Support you.
2. HKD800 is not cheap. An entry level violin is priced as low as 500 with acceptable quality.
3. pls report this to Consumer Council for their record purpose.

I can't report them to consumer council because they finally exchange for free but I want to inform other parents here to voice out if they experience similar problems. I would probably report them if they I insists to charge me.

這樣的話，去TL買好過啦！細囝剛開始學時老師叫我到TL買最平的，話大行質素較有保證，可能不會是很好的琴，但亦不會差得離譜囉

TL 又貴又唔扺，入門琴去凱聲等琴行合埋眼買部算啦。
