No. ELC isn't new. That's not the right one.

Two years ago, my kids went. Very nice. I didn't send them last year because the topics were not interested. I would recommend them if the topics interest your child. Very organized, teachers were all native speaking, and at the end of each course, there was a presentation/show of what they learned and did.

It's at CAIS near Kowloon City before. I don't know now.
My kids loved it.

The staff are nice and friendly but they are not native English speakers.  It depends on what you are looking for.   My child did it twice.  The first one was ok but the second one wasnt.  The second one was Drama.  Lines were not written well....rather boring i would say.
