what kind of education are you looking for?

i'm not expecting my son to enter to a world top university, what i want is he can be a good person, therefore a certain level of restriction and punishment is neccessary, EQ is much more important than IQ, having a A grade in his transcript doesn't mean he can overcome A grade job pressure, Mandarin is more useful than English, if i want a native English teacher why i don't hire a white person.  So where is the best place for education, now i have my answer - Singapore!!!

You sound as if you need to choose one over another! I think your son can have both. A good person as well as a top university I mean, a person with iq as well as eq.

If you think Singapore is good for you, then it is good, afterall you know what you or your son need. Good luck.

"Mandarin is more useful than English." Then perhaps China or Taiwan are good places too.

If you like Singapore way of education. You will probably better mandarin, but not standard English. If you are not Singaporean, it is totally strange by all means !! How many famous HK people 's children are educated in Singapore? The prime minister of Singapore is graduated from Oxibridge. I do not understand your thinking.

The competition in Singaporean schools/universities is also very keen like Hong Kong.
