最好問學校primary/ secondary，估不用，U要因ielts才是國際認可。All 7 IELTS is the requirment for all Professional Assessment Body, basically  score all 7 in professional skill (Such as Doctor, Nurse, Phamarist, Lawyer and such)

It is best to check with individual universities, since different universities, and different programs (i.e. majors) might have very different requirements. Some overseas universities exempt students from international schools (have studied in an international school for 4 years) from taking IESLTS. Details and conditions has to be obtained from each universities. Having said that, I think students that can cope with English A and get a 5, would have no problem in getting a score of 8 or above in IELTS.

Generally speaking, no need for IELTS if scored 4 or above in IB Eng A.

For higher ranking U's, the requirements are generally higher.  After all, there is no single threshold across the board.
