CAIS interview is started, any one of you got acceptance ?

but they still haven't finalized the new school fees for K3 this year (full day).

and we have to pay deposits within 7 days.

just called the school and a lady asked me to call on tmr.  
how much of the deposits?

Any Chinese lesson at school? simplied Chinese / traditional Chinese?

I guess if the interview is successful, the vice principle will tell the result to parent directly.  If fail, then wait for a rejection letter, am I right?

Yes, the vice-principal verbally told us we will rx a formal accpetance letter after the interview.

In the discussion with the principal, we have the following findings:-
1. can either select for french or chinese stream
2. chinese is simplied chinese
3. they have mandrain class
4. 3-4 classes of K3 in the coming year as there will be 6 class in each grade when the new campus is ready.
5. the new campus will be ready by 2015 and expect to have total of 1800 students.
6. school fee = double of existing + few percent
7. english is the language to use in the classroom, other language are not allowed until grade 6
8. Only allow to have 25% local students (ie. 75% need to hold foreign passport)

Oh, she just told me items 2 - 5 only.  after interview, she showed me the k3 classroom and asked me to wait for result via mail......

joeymos, when is your interview ? May be school send out the letter by different batch which base on different interview date ... i just guess...

I received the acceptance letter today only.

I recieved the acceptance letter yesterday.

We have to pay the deposit by 22 Jan. So hurry!!

Did the principal mention anything about debenture? my husband loves ICS and CAIS owing to the strong spirtual env't. but ICS has recently revised its debenture policy and the debenture will only be redeemed at a depreciated rate (which will depreciate 100% after 9 years of study). In other words, this can be "considered as around additional $15,000 per year" for the 13 years.

The vice principal said that the children being selected to have interview are mostly likely to be accepted.
