2006-2007年度全港學生口語溝通大賽報名事宜

Hi All,

Does anyone know the details of the arrangement? I saw this in the e-notice, however, my son told me he is not aware of this event.  

According to the e-notice, the deadline is on 20 Oct.  Is there any hard copy of the notice distibuted in the last few days?

It is for secondary students only.

If you are to visit this http://www.ied.edu.hk/prc/

instead you will find an icon highlighted "primary school section" on the left hand side of the page, which suggests the competition may also open to primary students as well.  However, this site is still under construction and no detail is provided yet.  

Anyway, it is hard to understand how a G1 student can participate in this kind of competition.     Maybe it is a good idea to simply ignore it.
