Application:
Application forms are available for collection during office hours from 27 August to 2 September 2016 at the General Office of DBSPD.
The forms can be downloaded from the School Website from 27 August to 2 September 2016.
The forms can also be obtained by sending a self-addressed and stamped envelope to the school on or before 27 August 2016.
Submission:
Parents are requested to submit the completed application form in person with relevant documents to the school from 3 September to 6 September 2016 during office hours.
Office hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 am – 12:00 noon, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm)
** The School General Office will be closed during Sunday and Public Holidays. |
