根据某個學校網頁資料, 有以下句子:

按教統局規定，本校不會公佈取錄學生名單或後補名單, 請問"後補名單"是怎樣產生的?, 不是只有60個位嗎?

Because this year each student has two choices and confidential to all schools. Each school's top 60 students may also accepted by other school, so EMB will allocate the student to the first choice. So each school will have a longer waiting list compared with the past years.
