我小朋友四歲半, 但到現在說話都不太清楚, 有d音發得唔係咁正, 佢條脷好圓, 伸唔倒脷尖出來, 唔知係咪痴脷筋? 有冇人比多d意見我, 可以怎樣?

痴脷筋 - have to check padeatrician, or bring him to BB clinic to check the nurse.
有d音發得唔係咁正- it depends
1.if you tell him/her the right pronounciation , can he pronounce it right?
2. how many sound he pronounce wrong. If worry, then go to speech therapist for evaluation.
