Harrow School in England is very famous.
Harrow International School in Hong Kong is a new school with no track record.
It may eventually develop into a very good school but it is going to take a long time.
Look at Harrow International Schools in Beijing & Bangkok - despite running for many years, their results are nowhere near that of Harrow School In England.
Every year, around 30% of the students in Harrow (England) gets into Oxford or Cambridge.
I doubt if Harrow (Hong Kong) can achieve even a fraction of that number - at least not for decades!
Don't be fooled by the name.
See it for what it is - it is a brand new international school.
If you believe in its ideology, by all means put your kids there, but don't go expecting miracles from the school.
Yale & Cambridge - it is of course always possible, but it will not be the norm.
La Salle is a very good school - New Territories La Salle is a completely different proposition altogether!

In UK, yes, this is a very famous school but in HK, it is still unknown.
If I can afford to spend HKD6 Million for my kid to study in HK Harrow, I would rather spend HKD6 Million for the kid to study in UK Harrow when he/she gets older.

I agree with 田心,

The problem is that UK Harrow is not a school that will admit a student just because he/she has money. The same thing is applied to HKIS and CIS.
HK Harrow's capital certificate of $3.0M can be resold in the future, so the tuition fee is more or less the same as those in other good international schools in HK. I believe HK Harrow will sooner or later be another hot international school in HK with a long wait list.
As far as I know, residents in China (including Taiwan), unless they are born in HK or holding passports of other countries, cannot get student visas to come to HK to study in primary/secondary schools. I am just wondering, for those who are allowed to, can afford to and are interested to study in HK (rather than in, e.g. the UK/US), why are they not yet here?

不過,我自己都識有幾個來自國內的父母,孩子都讀九龍塘某 Y 校。有錢的,要移居香港都不難吧,如果唔,都唔會有咩景 x 移民廣告。
