[HELP]Looking for a professional Autism Teacher/trainer

Hello everybody, I am new here. I need a professional teacher/trainer to help a 7-year-old boy.

My friend lives and runs a large-scale company in Beihai, Guangxi, China. He have a seven-year-old son diagnosed with Typical Autism syndrome when the son was about two years old. Since then, my friend has hired several teachers to give the kid a special education. The kid has been learning for five years now and I can say that the kid's condition has become better. As much as we want him to live a normal life like other children do, we know that he still has a lot to learn.
With that,  we are looking for a professional teacher who would help him develop his capabilities and search out his self-identity.

Qualifications:

•referably a degree-holder in Special Education
•Must have a relevant experience in handling autistic children
•Must be able to speak and communicate well in Mandarin

Compensation Package:

•Salary Range: 50000- 100000 USD/year
•Free board and lodging
•Insurance provided

is the boy attending school now?

why need to hire a full time tutor? or u r finding a shadow for the boy?

more, as u said boy's parents have to work in mainland (i guess), do the boy need to travel as well?

The age should be for school, but he need more training to attend a normal school. That's why we need a private full time teacher to help him. There will be other nurses helping him beside training.  

The boy's parents are local people, they need to stay here in China. So the boy will stay here.  We need a teach who would like to work here in Guangxi, China.  It's about 50 minutes flight from Shenzhen only.
