English Drama 幫到小朋友學英文嗎, 有無好介紹?

我個本身是英小上小三, Summer 上左個短的English Drama, 佢覺得好玩, 不過因是小學, 雖其它同學都是高小, 但劇本簡單, 英文都不會太深,  我覺得是增潤為主, 我亦希望能之後提高佢睇一些文學性較強的英文的興趣, 而不是補成績個類.   

不知長期正式上的英文Drama  Course 是否相同 ?  希望大家分享下.

幫不到小朋友的日常英文，沒有人平日溝通會用莎士比亞戲劇的說話方法。
但幫到小朋友增加學習英文的興趣。

Even if you are a tree, you need to communicate with the rest of the cast and teachers: location of tree, how to become a tree, when to come out and when to go off stage, etc.

但係我見上堂個D小朋友都幾好,  唔係佢地個 part 都背左, 其實睇劇本寫得有冇野學, 好似朗誦一樣, 不過仲要顧埋企位個D, 同埋合作精神

阿仔學校每年一次的English Musical我現場睇左2年, 大部份是高小的同學實在好勁, 成場2小時左右又唱又說, 年年主角個幾位都傳聞中學已/會入神校, 我自知自已個的料子, 如果上左高小可以在此類劇做下閒角都好.

咁我又唔係話完全冇用，但for the same $ (might be a little more) 就0願找net 1:1.  當然如學校有得玩就仲正

Agree. 小囡的效果非常好。

I performed in a musical when I was in P3 and my English improved a lot as I learned those vocabs and phrases from the script and the songs, and I made some friends who studied in IS

Worked wonders with my daughter too. When I told my friends and families, none of them can do the same as they are not willing to travel to somewhere full of kids with English as first language.

Well,  if you are not willing to do something special,  you won't get special results.

我仔上年暑假take 了一個 English course 的Drama, 唔覺得有幫助spoken English, 他oral exam 在校依然排最尾的1/3. 所以當玩可以，如想改善英語，搵補習老師效果快啲。

咁其實幫唔幫到教點做戲? 我阿女無端端俾人召咗入英語話劇班, 佢本來對英文無乜興趣, 但細路仔老師叫到佢好高興就參加咗。佢做戲真係好鬼屎, 教極都唔識, 上到台就硬晒, 如果幫到點表達面部表情, 咁幫下做粵劇都唔錯。

哈哈, 今年男主角入左"星展"呀!, 女主角仲係五年級架咋, 今年希望佢可以考到心儀中學啦!我仔P4都有份做CHORUS, P5撈到個閒角做下, 唔知P6可唔可以仲有份呢

至於呀女, 因有張FREE COUPON,所以暑假都上左次ENGLISH DRAMA 試堂。佢跟左班大少少既去上, 聽佢講幾開心, 不過要訓練就要平日時間, 冇辦法安排了。

男角是王子呵?
我覺得雖然是背的, 如果英文不好都應該背不了.

我都希望我個可以P4時會有機 做下chorus ,

係呀，咪呀王子囉

練musical 要預留Easter Holiday 返學校架，亦都可以教識佢地犧牲而做好一件大事呢！其實p3都有同學做到chorus, 講唔埋架，不過唔多囉。

No i did not mean something this extreme.  If you look hard enough,  there are still a lot of English speaking people and kids in Hong Kong.   If you go to tuition or ECA class in these areas,  there is a good chance your children will learn with them.
