Schools should develop children's character, not just their ability to pass exams

It is interesting to note that the article said "....Another school that focuses heavily on the development of character is Kings Langley in Hertfordshire.......Students are taught that accepting responsibility for behaviour is more important than their individual rights,..."
Seeing what happened recently in Hong Kong, I guess we also need to have this here desperately, both for the kids as well as the adults.
