Anyone can give comment on NIS? My girl received offer from this school and need to pay before 5th April.

This school only provide primary program, how about secondary school? Where are most of the students go?

Hi 2111,
I'm not NIS parent now, but my daughter will enter NIS this September.
NIS is a very small school, so there is not many discussion of this school here.
I have asked staff from primary school, she said that usually students will go to ICHK after graduations, some will go to RC, Shatin College too.

May I ask the reason you choose NIS? I am still struggling whether to accept the offer.

Are there any NIS parents? Can U give some comments on this school?

Hi, 2111, may i ask when did you submit the application to NIS and when did your child have interview and receive an offer?  I just submitted the application at the end of March.  I know it is a little bit late.  I just wonder if they will offer my child an interview or not.

Hi 2111,

You really have to think about ICHK --- whether you accept it or not. The path of going to RC for Year 7 is not easy; on the website of RC, you will know that RC doesn't even consider receiving Year 7 applications (except for siblings). As for Shatin College, the waitlist is very long... Then, your child will be very likely to go to ICHK. Learn more about ICHK before you make the decision. Once you accept the offer from NIS and if you don't like ICHK, it's hard for your child to get back to the local school...

I applied at the mid of Feb and got the interview at mid of March. They give the offer within one week after the interview.
Hope your child also got the offer.

Do you know more about ICHK? I just know that is a new IS in Sha Tau Kok. Any comment on it?

NIS merges with Small World Christian Kindergarten recently.
According to the website, they will have secondary section soon.
