平時一路都係甘? 定係久吾久一次? 食藥都係治標吾治本, 最有效既都係食多d 生果同蔬菜, 如果吾肯食菜, 就趁呢個機會教佢話吾食菜就會去吾到便便, 好痛..................平時榨d orange juice比佢飲

你試下下次佢有意慾便便時, 拿d 凡士林, 用棉花棒了下佢肛門................看下得吾得

My son is on the Ketogenic diet and this could cause constipation. We use coconut oil to solve this problem

My son's doctor at PWH said she will suggest this to other kids with constipation problem if they don't wanna continuously on meds.  

You can buy coconut oil at the Philipino shops and get the one made in Cebu. It would be better if they have the extra virgin ones(may be u can try at threesixty in Landmark central as well). They should have a suggested dosage on the bottle.

佢耐唔耐會咁,就係唔肯食菜囉(生果都會食下嘅),唉,好多方法都用過,所以睇下有無醫生專門睇便秘.

佢耐唔耐會咁,就係唔肯食菜囉(生果都會食下嘅),唉,好多方法都用過,所以睇下有無醫生專門睇便秘.

曾經有人話我知,益X多內的乳酸菌未到腸就已經卑胃酸殺晒,剩下的就只有超多的糖份,唔飲好過飲,都係食多D生果同蔬菜,仲有飲多D水。
另外我知如果大人早上空肚飲2茶匙優質橄欖油再食早餐,對便秘好有效,對小朋友唔知得唔得呢?

佢有啲自閉傾向，就係好多野都唔肯食果下麻煩囉~~
benefibre同蔬果糖好喎，係咪萬0等地方有售？

有無試過benefibre, 佢可以加入任何食物/飲品內, 唔駛改變食物味道已經吸收到fibre
再唔係可以試下呢隻糖, 我個仔以前又係成日便秘, 次次都痾到損痾到喊, 食左呢隻糖, 改變左習慣, 而家已經唔駛再靠佢, 我係某著名兒 ...
