question about ESF nomination right

I have a question here, can anybody help?
-If I pay the 50K deposit for ESF normination right and my kid has passed the interview, I then change my mind and decide not to take the offer, do I have to pay the balance 450K still to ESF?

For my understand, you can change your mind, and don't need to pay $450k, but they won't return your $50k deposit.
