So how do you manage your kid to such change? It's really a different curriculum. Isn't it true that ... For my boy, I think he will be happy to the changes as his life will be much easier, less pressure, less drill on exercises, less dictations, etc. Instead, I am more concerned about parents. We have to handle the increased flexibility to our boy probably resulting in his not as good acadmic results in early years after change. In the long run, I guess he will have more interest in studying than he is now. Hopefully, desire to study hard will come from bottom of his heart. He will learn to love studying. It is our aim.
If you want to apply, and Chinese is not a concern, you may apply to the reception year which is easier.
