What if... after the child switches to IS, and finds that his English falls behind, where would you like to switch him to?

I guess that could be one of the reasons, but cannot be the ONLY reason to switch to IS.

I think majority of parents choose to go for Is mainly because they buy in the IS teaching method and cirriculum, not so much because they want to do less Chinese.

In fact most of the parents I think in IS will pay hard to uplift the kids Chinese ensuring they remain competitive in their Chinese levels. And many IS school has emphasized Chinese as well these days from circullum perspective.
