識小朋友讀kingston kinda，后入SIS primary。都行IB，所以更match D

Yes, and 100% agreed.  
Just discussed with my boss that fee in ESF has been increased substantially in recent years because of the demand and supply.  He got three kids to be studying there. One one of the reasons is that pple lost confidence in local system and go for the international.
As parents, we sometimes have no choice if don't want the kids to be staying in local
