I just completed the ESF online application for my son for yr1 and printed the form out.
Butthere is no place for me to upload a photo. In the "Checklist for Online Application", ESF highlighted "A digital photo of the student saved on your computer;".
Please read FAQs, it is not compulsory to upload photo online, you need to send supporting documents anyway, just send the 2 photos with other supporting documents to the school of zone before deadline!
