Non Jupas 入香港的大學但手持香港身份證收費 , 請問有沒有人知道會否跟香港人一樣？還是當 oversea student 收費呢？

If you are a Hong Kong permanent resident, the University would charge local fee no matter whether you are admitted under JUPAS or Non-Jupas scheme.
However, as far as admission is concerned, the University will differentiate your application by JUPAS or Non-JUPAS scheme. JUPAS applicants apply for admission on the strength of the result of HKDSE. Non-Jupas applicants apply for admission on the strength of their public examination result of their curriculum.
