小兒今年就讀K2, 想今年報考想報播道書院, 想問問如有小孩現就讀想報播道書院的家長以下的問題:
1. 你們滿唔滿意想報播道書院, 如校風, 學生質素, 教學方針. 等等
2. 老師對學生的態度如何
3. 學校有什麼特別的設備, 齊全嗎
4. 是活動還是傳統教學
5. 功課多嗎, 小一大約有多少份
6. 現小一學費多少 + 雜費
7. 放學後有興趣班嗎, 如有多少收費
8. 小一有名次排嗎
9. 學校注重小孩的名次還是其他呢
10. 中文是否普通話教學
11. 英文及數學的水平高嗎

對不起問題多多, 請幫幫我這位緊張的媽媽.

2. 老師對學生的態度如何 --整体而言,＋分熱誠友吾
3. 學校有什麼特別的設備, 齊全嗎 ok except no swimming pool ,tennis courts.....
4. 是活動還是傳統教學 --more on 活動教學
5. 功課多嗎, 小一大約有多少份 -- 適中,3-4 in average
6. 現小一學費多少 + 雜費 -- 1,410 this year, other seems not much
7. 放學後有興趣班嗎, 如有多少收費 yes, it all depends what kind of activities you participate.
8. 小一有名次排嗎--they tend not to disclose unless the top 10 in the form
9. 學校注重小孩的名次還是其他呢 they appreciate rather than punish...加設進步獎
10. 中文是否普通話教學--原意是,但比較難在小一、ニ全面實行
11. 英文及數學的水平高嗎--課程standard, 不過學生一般水準頗高

my son in K2 now, I heard very good comment about this school.  There are 2 ways I may do:

1) If I apply in Sept 09 and assuming being offered a place in Nov 09 but I do not register because I do not want to give up the lucky draw.  Come June 2010, if my son is not given a school that we like and now I go back to this school, do you think there is any chance to still get a place?

or

2)  I do not apply for this school in Sep 09 and go ahead with the lucky draw.  Come June 2010, if my son is not given a school that we like and now apply to this school for the very first time, do you think there is any chance to get a place?  would there be any interview ?

Which way should I take?

thanks for the advice.  
I fully appreciate 播道 的活动教学, it is very suitable for my son who does not like to repeat the work / exercise I give him.  Due to financial constraint, try to get into government school if possible.  Have a younger son who is now 3 years old.  Still need to pay for extra-activities like piano, art, math, English, may be swimming later on.  很頭痛 !
I am considering moving to TKO to save the bus fare if accepted by 播道

So if I want to apply 播道, must apply in Sep 09 and give up lucky draw if offered a seat ?

I tried to search 小学概覽 for school offering 活动教学 and 英文小学 can't seem to get any return, any idea where to find the list of school?

usually EC will organise some briefing session in July/Aug and start application in Sept. I suggest you to attend at least one session and make sure you buy Principal Lo's concept. Then, apply and have interview in Sept. At the same time submit your lucky draw in Sept as well.
Financial constraint is one of the concern. But I believe the school has some kind of assistance on this matter.

EC不主張死讀書,所以考試壓力不太大...當然dictation是難免
