Individual Capital Note (ICN)
An ICN shall be issued and held by an individual who is resident in Hong Kong. Its holder
is entitled to nominate one child for enrolment at the School. An ICN is transferable but
is non-interest bearing, non-refundable and unsecured. The initial face value of ICN’s will
be HK$250,000. Except as indicated below, initial subscription prices of ICN’s applicable to
registration of children in the new school will be HK$250,000

係經學校轉移架，唔係自己轉移，而當中會收手續費，手績費幾多連學校都未知。

According to their admission office:

Individual Capital Notes (similar to debenture) is $250,000 non-refundable, transferrable upon withdrawal from school OR Individual Capital Levy $25,000 annual payment, non-refundable will be in place by 2016 for all students.
