請問熟悉IB選科的媽咪 :
小兒YR 11, 準備選科, 志願本地medicine, HL選了 Chem 及 Bio, 第三科HL應該怎樣選? 選興趣? 還是選第二志願?  但是Chem及Bio 可以夾什麼科目?  很頭痕!

Either English HL or if he can handle it, Math HL would let him have even more options if he changes his mind later.

If your son will settle for a 2nd choice in a local U, better choose an HL subject that fits your 2nd choice.  If medicine is a must, the 3rd HL should be a subject which your son has over 90% confidence in getting a 7 instead!

Does anyone knows Chinese A SL and Chinese B HL, which one is easier to get high mark?

Chi B HL is second language, should be easier than Chi A SL.  My understanding is that Chi B only requires students to write about 300 words vs 1200 - 1500 for Chi A
