Hi, Thanks a lot for your comment...
That means I should consider more about it....
however, sorry, can u please let me know more..., the sons of your friend has connect to 嶺南小學 P1 or the other....Thanks !
one of her sons goes to DBS and another one still in K3.
My friend said it's because her son is good at drawing and also good at english (his father is mix).
The teachers in 嶺南 are really nice but the environment of the school quite old and dirty. Because we allowed to wear the shoes and walk though 1st floor (not sure other floor). They also didnt ask us to clean our hands before go in.
my son is also studying there.....frankly speaking..this is not as famous as kowloon tong but is "above average"....they are very strong in chinese, incl. writing and reading...actually, chinese is very difficult to learn compared with english..and anyway, i will arrange extra english + PTH to him......so not too worry about the life in primary school......i know some will be allocated in St Paul, St stanley, RAC, etc....
My child studied at Lingnan from N1 to K3. Now she is in P2 (and in fact in a dream school of many parents).
Overall, Lingnan provides a happy environment for children. The teachers were nice and ok though more proactive contact with parents would be better. Moreover, I think the teaching of Chinese and English certainly had room for improvement. Contrary to many have said, they didn't teach too easy stuff (at least in K3) but the problem is their curriculum wasn't designed to reinforce children's learning from time to time and hence the children (at least my child) simply forgot the more difficult words they had learnt the next day (there was no dictation or other assessment). But of course if there were dictations or assessments, my child and I wouldn't have been so happy during her KG stage. It really depends on what you want.

Any comments for Lingnan Primary School?
May I know that their primary school is conducted by Cantonese or English?
How any time will spend on English/Mandarin/Cantonese per day?
Does you daughter enjoy her school life in Lingnan Primary?
Do you feel that the language/academic standard of your daughter is up-to-standard?
