Offers of BArch Hons from UK

My son got some offers of BArch Hons in Architecture from the following universties in UK1) Bath (Conditional Offer 5*55)
2) New Castle (Conitional Offer 555)
3) Nottingham (Offer)

Bath seems to be the best choice according to its ranking in UK but someone claims Bath tends to be more academic rather than arty and creative. However, my son loves art and design.

Any comment of the above?

基本上，Bath 同其他二間係唔同層次。係英國最出名讀 Architecture 只有 UCL, Bath, Cambridge (and AA, 但它不是大學)。經常喺不同排行榜排頭三名。The general comments for them are: UCL very arty and conceptual (最天馬行空), Bath very balance and practical (最受雇主歡迎), Cambridge very academic and theoretical (最受家長歡迎)。所以在這三間大學之中，一定係選擇 Bath。

"Cambridge very academic and theoretical (最受家長歡迎)。" I couldn't agree more.
But I wonder why the ranking of Bath is even higher than Cambridge? but I dare not apply it for my son.
