Anyone know if the chance is good for being accepted. Do they issue reject letter? Di they put all remaining applicants in waiting list?? Any figures for last year reference?

Yes, they have issued rejected letter to some applicants, my friend gets it and feel very disappointed since letter mentions the school has not enough place for accepting his son.
