我識d朋友遲交表個 number 仲要早好多，佢 4xx，十月中 interview，可能同佢地收 form 時放下紙皮箱，所以早交就放底，遲交放上．所以我估計睇個 number 同排名無關，都係 random 者．

我星期六收到信，係十月七日面試上午，早你地咁多，ＮＯ係ｌＸＸ號，我份表交時係上午１１點半至交，我都無有準備就話面試，我寧願遲少少考，面試個日仲係平日添，返學就要請假，順其自然啦，就算考入去的話，家長壓力都好大。

我都收到啦,meeting No.7xx,20 October  Int,都係覺得早著少少.

原來我女最早面試個一批，下個星期四就是，等我女面試完後講比各位媽咪知，女拔面試是兩個小朋友入去見校長的，家長無需要見，只是在外面等的，係我朋友個女舊年面試時說的，吾知今年會不會改變。 :

Per Shing Tao Daily's news a week ago, it stated that this year has around 1,900 applicants for DGJS (ie. 18:1).  Therefore, I think those got the no. #1,8xx interview at mid of Nov may be the last fold.

My daughter's interview time is on 25 Oct pm.

I still haven't receied the letter. I lived in New Terriotries. I handed in the application form at about 11:00 a.m. Do every mother recieve the letter? Should I phone to the school?

In the past years, all applicants will be interviewed by the principal (herself).  Students will go in two at a time (parents need to stay outside, no interview).  The principal will just ask very simple questions (she select by the way you answer).  After about 15 mins, she will bring the students out.  At the same time observe the parents (whether both have come, dress up, etc).  She select students with same religious, strong background (mother or father are old girl, old boy of DB,) and non-working mother.  If you child is born from Aug to Dec, the chance of getting in is very very small.

my good friend's daughter was accepted this year. she is now in p.1. she is born in dec, and jumped one class to p.1, ie, no k3 becoz accepted by dgs. my friend is very rich, not old boy nor girl, no religion, but has unlimited $$$, living in one number of rich area. she said she was lucky also. she did not join the lucky draw once was accepted, but she said there was no deposit required from the school, never care you want to withdraw or not. let's chat and exchange some more gossip.

Is your friend working or not.  Her daughter must be very cute and outstanding.
Everybody knows DGS will admit students from CCKG.  Out of their 105 places, 30 - 40 seats are reserved for them.  MY friend's daugher was not that lucky.  She study in CCKG, got pass is Grade 5 piano when she is in K3, got lots of awards in piano competition as well but was not admitted.  She told me the reason of fail is that her kid born in Aug and DGS does not like kid that small.
