You have give the answer to yourself already!!!  Try your best to train your kid not to 怕羞, and answer questions loudly with confidence.

在面試前, 我會找小朋友不常見面的朋友或同事幫手, 預習一下, 問一些很簡單問題, 使小朋友有信心.
又會給小朋友玩對換人物, 小朋友友扮校長, 自己扮面試, 給他信心.
反而很不讚成面試課程, 我覺得只會增加小朋友的壓力.

my son too.  英文就唔知佢得唔得, 其他嘢同你個仔一樣, 佢同人講嘢又唔肯望人, 所以我都無咩心機同佢報學校, 面試時你話做呀媽嘅我幾樣衰ar, 佢嘅口頭禪係 : 我知道啊, 但係唔想話比你知 wor .....

I have brought a VCD for interview, just let my son know clearly what is the requirement in school interview.

I think training on interview is useful, but it is difficult to find a good one, and most of them is cater for famous school, not DDS.

Manner is more important than knowledge. Most important is to look at the other people when talking, and talk in a not low and not loud voice.

Than comes to social skill, like accepting failure after playing games. Queue up and don't jump queue etc.
