可否請教各位媽媽，平日小朋友上小學午餐通常帶什麼回校吃?  學校不準備微波爐加熱的，所以只有用thermos 暖壺。謝謝

What kind of thermal lunch box do you use?  Grade 1 kid is not strong enough to open the cap.  Any suggestion ?

Woo！what a good mom👍.  The variety Keeps you kid full of surprise and happiness every day.
For me, Snack box isn't an issue as my son brought his own snack to school since K1.  He will bring his own lunch box in coming grade 1.  I am looking for some thermal lunch box with easy opening cap.  The school has already reminded us for easy open lunch box as they have to handle on their own.

係早上整，但可以晚上預備好d食材，例如洗切，烚定d粉麵，第二朝再炒/堆切埋一堆入盒。

熱的食物：保溫壼+保溫袋(冬天會放暖包入袋)
凍的食物：食物盒+保溫袋+small size冰種

係早上整，但可以晚上預備好d食材，例如洗切，烚定d粉麵，第二朝再炒/堆切埋一堆入盒。

其實做慣咗可以好快，如果早一晚做定預備功夫，第二朝話咁快就得，我通常早上預備snack+lunch只用20-25mins, 仲可以一邊整一邊協助個女梳洗。
