Will they inform all 2nd round interview candidates, no matter admitted or not?

she wants me to ask BK mami, do you think most 2nd int applicant are on the waitlist?

My son received the acceptance letter as well. Quite happy! He was offered a meal at McDonnel's as his bonus.

i received a letter which said they will not take my son. how do i know whether it means my son on waiting list or others?

I also received rejection letter from Co-edu.  I think if your name is on waiting list, they will print it out as "waiting list", if you can't find any wordings like that, your kid will not be considered as "waiting".

My son is on waiting list (Kennedy Road), I wonder if
all candidates who got 2nd interview but cannot be accepted in this first badge are put on the waiting list.  Any idea?

Anyway, I think being put on waiting list virtually means having no chance cos I don't think people will give up the place.

My situation is exactly like yours; I do believe all those who got 2nd interview but cannot be accepted in this first badge will be put on the waiting list.
However, I think being put on waiting list does not means getting no chance , cos candidates living in Kowloon side may not want to travel that long distance to Wong Chuk Hang if they have choice. There were cases last year that children gave up their seats for this reason. That’s why the headmistress asked where you live at the end of the interview.
I discuss with SPC (boys) parent yesterday. Don’t know whether it is words to comfort me. They said it may be wise as not to choice SPCC, if your child is not really very very very smart. There is case that a child was expelled form SPCC as his average mark in exam is only 88.They said the situation may be better in SPC , cos they will let you repeat in the year !
Both cases sounds awful to me.
Can anybody confirm whether it is a real scenarios?

Oh I don't have a choice for SPC as my son's application has been rejected.

Do you live far then?

I noted there is a number at the left lower corner of the letter next to the Chinese word "new student", I wonder if it is the hint for the waiting number.  Mine is 17.  If yours are not the same, my guess may be true.  Then it will mean no chance for me.  Would you check and share?
