聖嘉勒St Clare's小學

個人覺得這間學校學生很純樸,是所好學校,但沒有太多人提及,仍聽聞已經沒有辨幼稚園了,是否實在太低調,所以沒有太多人報名呢,小學又是否很深,很多工課呢?
有無媽咪既囡囡在這間學校就讀,可否給些意見

聖嘉勒的確好傳統很純樸,不過今年開始已經改變,從無到有的,有以下幾項
1.網頁
2.家長教師會.
3.外籍教師.
4.明年的p.1會轉全日
5.電腦室
等等

我大女在這校讀p.3,而細女會於明年9月入讀K3.
功課有時多有時少,至於深唔深,則因人而異,我女英文差,所以覺得深.

As a Catholic school, the teachers there are well-qualified, supportive and caring (most of them graduated from the secondary section, some have HKU first class honours degree).  My niece is studying there and loves her school life there very much.  The academic standard is relatively simpler than Sacred Heart Cannosian Primary School (heavy homework load).  The English standard there is high and the students there enjoy using English to communicate with the others which paves a way of success to EMI secondary school.

hi, how about St. clare's secondary, is it band 1.  St. clare secondary will accept all the girls from primary??  Why not much people talking about this school.  Is it their standard was average???

The principal of the secondary section used to be a senior lecturer at the Hong Kong Institute of Education and the Chinese University of HK.  She is the leading expert in conducting project based learning in Hong Kong.  She loves her students very much and she has good reputation among parents in the secondary section.  The school is basically brand 1.  The girls there are well-disciplined, simple and don't mix with students from other school due to its remote location, Mount Davis Road, Pokfulam.  Parents who send their daughters there have the vision that their girls will study in a loving atmosphere with minimum study pressure.

However, if parents want their daughters to be cream professionals like medical doctors, St Mary's or Sacred Heart may be better choices.

thx so much.  I like St. clare because they have secondary.  I heard a news from one of secondary's parents say that St Clare   校風很差 & 成績 was not like before.  They mix with the other school that why don't choose it.   But the primary was so good.
