Yes, you can go to Fuk Wing Street 街頭(the end towards shek kei mei).   There are quite a number of toy and stationery wholesalers.  I 've brought a sticker (the one with smiley logo) for HK$0.35 each.  But you have to buy a lot, about 2000 pcs.  Try to bargain, may be you can get better price.

我同意!!在褔榮街有幾間批發可以找到你想要的東西，但要注意每一間店舖盡低消費是$300才可取得批發价，你可以在不同店舖買不同的物品。
