想唔通升中新制

昨晚突然睡唔着,諗咗一條數好耐.

條數係咁:

如果一間中學中一有100個學位,
30%係第一論自行,佢為咗保住英中,收曬全可以達標.
70%就要統一派位,就算收曬全band 1組別,都未必可以有7分5學生達英語授課,即85%-30%=55%.(當然收咗後可能可以改善英文能力,但剛升中未知喎)

咁?????即係米話中學都要係第二論依靠運氣呢!(唔通要行六年大運先得)
仲有,通常有d學校都想收d,有其它方面出色表現,可以為校增光,但未必係band 1生,咁個%又要係30%果到減d位,咁米仲難.

For famous band 1 schools, a lot of band 1 students will choose them in the first few choice, so at the end, the schools will be able to have 100% band 1 students.  But for less popular or marginal EMI schools, they may not be able to take in 100% band 1 students, so they will have the risk of not passing the 85% standard to be EMI.  Is this logic correct?
