My daughter was the P1 student of 遁道學校(加士居道) in the last semester. She transmit to ICQM because we would like her to study in full day school and have a better English environment school.

遁道學校(加士居道) is general good:
1. the homework is quite heavy but the homework - mainly worksheets are very good.
2. good academic standard
3. systematic - the school manages the student work in a very systematic way.
4. have quite a lot of school activity days.
5. teachers are experience
6. not much extra fee

Did your daughter enjoy her school life in 遁道? How did it compare to ICQM? Which one does she like better?

According to your message, the teachers in 遁道 are so experienced. But how about their qualifications and their attitude towards children? How do they compare with those in ICQM?

I know transfer to another school in the middle of the school year is not easy. Can your daughter adapt to her new school life easily?

My daughter has just transferred to ICQM for only one week. So far she enjoys the school very much. Actually she is a very easy going person. When I talked to her whether she would like me to transfer her to another school. She replied: ok, I trust your choice is best to me. So I released.

She also enjoyed the school of Methodist. I don't know how to compare her happiness. But in ICQM, her classmates take a special care to her as she is a new comer. They lent the books to her, they share with her the stationary....

The quality of the teacher of Methodist is good also, just get the feeling from the homework. The teachers mark the homework carefully, especially the her class - chinese teacher.

I don't know when will Methodist change to a full time school. From the newspaper months ago, it said that Methodist may not be change to a full day school by 2007 as it has difficulty to find a new school campus for sher.

The english standard of nearly all sub\gov primary schools are not good. Actually, I believe the Eng standard is even worse than kinder! Most of my friends told me, their kids enjoy eng in kinder. But start from Primary, they are afraid of it and not willing to talk in Eng!

I believe the competition to enter Methodist is strong as they are only 32 students in a P1 class. And only 2 classes in am and 2 in pm.
