According to the academic result, CKY should be the best.

CKY is running in form of IB. It is different system, and hard to compare. I think the upperest class is Grade 10 in 2010. There was no result on % of students getting in universities yet.

CKY is a good school. For my opinion, it is the best? Maybe.

But, one thing I know, the most expensive one amongst all PLK primary schools.

Yes, my colleague has two sons studing in CKY. My son's three kindergarten classmates went to CKY this year. TSL...I don't need to tell you. My son is studying P1 in LMC this year...

All three schools are good.

Many ex-workmates of mine also send their kids to CKY. They only give us positive comment. My husband's workamtes also love this school very much.

I studied in PLK schools before.  :)

All my friends, colleagues and other parents have very good comments on CKY and TSL...

You studied in PLK before. Good. I think your kid has advantages on applying PLK primary schools.

when looking at TSL's p6 allocation in the past few years, I noticed that none of the graduates from TSL continue their secondary education at CKY.   Personally I think CKY should be a suitation path for TSL graduates.   Do you have any clue why this is not happening ?

I think, there are several possibilities.

1. CKY and TSL are in different education systems to run. CKY in IB and TSL in international-like local system. The students may not be easily converted and adapted if someone want to study in CKY after graduated P6 in TSL.

2. The decision / direction has been made at P1 or Grade 1. The parents has chosen IB or not...Maybe some students will leave during the first two or three years. eg. CKY G2 to P2, or P2 to CKY G2.
When the students are in P.6., it may be too late to change, or not willing to change.

3. CKY may not accept  new students after G6. Or they were full already, no vacancy available.

4. Too expensive of the school fee in CKY ... Ha Ha...

馮睛派位唔差，９成第一志願，設施ｏｋ有音樂演奏廰，上次簡介會見到讀La Salle，入讀港大法律系的畢業生都對母校讚不絶口，話為中學打下良好基礎。有人話擔心功課多，但家長學生話功課質素好，甚少死做爛做。其實功課多，又真係可以幫學生穩固知識。以前考會考，未又係死操爛操。
如果以咁多間保記計，唔駛錢中我都會揀馮睛。都係個句，慳番ｄ學費可以用黎學野。如果我係公務員／專業人士，我都揀ｃｋｙ，中英好環境靚，又無陳守仁咁難入。
弊在我係普通人供樓又貴，無閒錢俾佢讀真資／私立，送子女外國讀書。要有信心佢係香港考入大學。唯有揀間派位好的本地免費小學就算。
呢家香港讀大學都係講緊３０幾萬，約莫等於中小直資小學至高中的費用。
讀外國大學仲要額外多１００萬（計埋生活費）左右。
有２個仔女就全部ｘ２。呢幾年經濟好錢易賺，但幾年前香港環境真係差差差，十幾年的commitment唔易make。比較邊間好唔好唔係太有意思，應讓計埋佢係邊種學校。總結一句，私立的我揀CKY，真資的我揀TSL，免費的我揀馮睛。

CKY has 5 years of primary school education only. It should be the main reason why none of TSL students going there. I suppose TSL students would go to normal sec. school (not IB)

Really?? But TSL won't  consider that in my opinion.
I have taught for PLK school too. I hope it would make my chance higher as well? :)

Your case is much better than other applicants already. Last year, did they mention in the admission seminar this year?, TSL did say if the parents taught in PLK or the children graduated from PLK kindergarten would have advantages to be accepted first.
