我的小朋友今年報考小一，現情況如下：

自行報考並獲取錄：堅道高主教小學
統一派位：黃大仙嘉諾撒小學
有機會被錄取：油麻地天主教小學

由於一家人準備搬家遷就孩子上學，請大家給點意見，選那一家學校較好？

今年報小一？？？？是否2006年讀小一，高主教都未招生，何來獲取錄？
如2005年9月讀小一 ，如獲高主教取錄，根本不能參加政府大抽獎。

係05，收左高主教信確認。我係上二個月引廌後補面試。

高主教是一年上午、一年下午(低年級)，有中學back up,但不是全收晒，但都穩陣D，如考第尾就無得好講。高主教學生勝在夠團結、精英制、男校，男仔在男女校一般較輸(泄)。
油天--一間很多人心儀的學校，中學校網油尖旺，但要在校內屬band 1 組才有意思，要在油天入band 1 組又要和女仔競爭，談何容易。始終女仔比男仔優勝D (小學計)。
我都有兩個女讀天主教女校，我都打算比細仔入天主教男校，始終公平D。
If me, I will choose 高主教。   (三選一)
另外一間都係好學校但相比下，當然油天好。

其實我都想揀高主教，不過家住新界，依家要考慮搬屋。高主教係band幾呢？

Primary school is no banding. Banding is only for secondary school. 高主教's secondary section is band 1 English school.
But you live too far therefore you must considerate clear. Because your kid will get up early, it too hard for primary 1 student.
I live in Whampoa  and I search already. If  Whampoa
goes to 高主教, it only takes twenty minutes.

小學無分級，真係孤陋寡聞，多謝提點。

今早得悉派唔到好學校，經已花左一日去港島睇樓，唔會要小朋友受累。

諗起要搬真係頭都大。

Just my own opinion. I will choose:黃大仙嘉諾撒小學 because:
1. 高主教 accept all applicants this year in the first round (this means they still have space available)
2. 高主教 secondary school is only in the bottom line of band 1.
3. Chance for La Salle is not good but pls try and you may try Ying Wah as well.
4. Chance for  油麻地天主教小學 is around 30% only.
