我個女20個月, 讀咗兩個月, 我覺得Ms Ellen非常experience, 有愛心及耐性, 其他co-teachers就比較新, 佢哋有四位老師(包括Ms Ellen), class ratio 好低, 大概1:3, 所以大部分時間我都見老師陪住我個女, 好多人覺得咁樣好好, 因為比到好多attention小朋友, 但Montessori始終係主張獨立工作, 我就想我個女多啲時間自己做嘢(或幫助其他小朋友), 可能因為有四位老師, 佢哋(尤其係co-teachers)都會介入小朋友嘅工作範圍. But after all, I highly recommend this school. 喺香港嘅"真正"Montessori school好少, 雖然Bambino嘅monte教具相對較少, 但始終Ms Ellen好有heart, 喺香港少見... 我個人就覺得老師質素最緊要, 所以我都會繼續比我個女返bambino.

同意上述所講,Ms ELLEN好有耐性,亦好有心教,愛錫小朋友。我仔仔跟佢上，好快同佢混熟。但其餘的導師稍欠經驗，同埋地方唔大。

多謝分享，請問用什麼語言跟小朋友溝通？英文會進步嗎？

其中一位co-teacher係English native, others Cantonese mainly. 但請留意Montessori approach 係如非必要, 老師不會干預小朋友工作, 所以說話基本上應該好少..... 如要英語, 可考慮Little Motessorian, It's in causeway bay, Ms. Catherine都好有經驗, AMI Holder, 我個仔喺嗰到返咗四個月, Pick up 得幾好.

家長如有意思想小朋友試Montessori, 應該多睇有關書籍, 坊間太多呢類centre, 如不清楚箇中理念, 就不知如何選擇. 我亦好難三言兩語解釋, 我只是普通mammy, 想小朋友獨立, 專注,  喺一個愉快但有規律嘅環境培養學習興趣, 好奇心. Montessori 好處係(個人認為)混齡, 小朋友看見大姐姐做得比自己好, 並不會氣餒, 自卑, 因佢哋知道對方年紀比自己大, 能力自然比自己强, 又看見小妹妹做得比自己遜色, 亦不會驕傲, 因知道這是自然而然.... 慢慢佢哋懂得向做得好嘅同學學習, 而幫助有需要嘅其他同學, 當中並唔存在比較, 競爭, 驕傲或自卑嘅負面情緒.... 但當然, 這不是一朝一夕嘅事, 所以我認為最需要係家長明白及認同理念才開始, 先唔會花錢花時間後郤覺得效果唔理想.

我個女以前都係Bambino返架，非常同意你嘅見解，真係睇得出佢地好有心去撹幼兒教育，同埋Ms Ellen真係同N班D老師無論愛心同耐性真係冇得比

Is Ms Ellen the only teacher in bambino? I mean the core teacher?  As I heard that she is pregnant now, not sure if this is true? Any existing parents know or confirm if this is true?

My son have attended Montessori for 1 month.. Ms Ellen is wearing an apron, not sure if she is pregnant... she used to take care new coming kids. They accept new student one per week only.., so Ms Ellen will focus on that new student in that week.  My son used to stick with the other teacher (Ms Amanda), whenever he cries, he will immediately go to Ms Amanda and she will hold him and "Pat Pat" his back to comfort him... so far he is good.. except when he sees somebody going in/out, he will cry for a min...

Ms ELLEN 係 core teacher，但佢唔係日日都係學校，前排成一個星期都唔係到，我都唔知佢系米有左。
