St. Paul's Co-ed. (Kennedy Road)

Dear all,

My son is going to start P1 at St. Paul's Co-ed.
I would be most grateful if someone can give me information about the school-life. I have no idea about the actual standard, albeit it's of great renown. I also heard that the English standard isn't too high as compare to other elite schools, such as DGS, DBS and Marynoll. How about the homework? Also, is it very competitive academically?

i think you don't have to worry about its academic standard.
school life in the above said elite schools are actually about the same, both academic and extra-curricular activities.
I think in some way or another, academic results among students will be quite competitive, but in a way i think it's good to train the kids.
Don't worry too much. Most important is to pay more attention to your son- i don't mean pushing him for studying but spend more time talking and helping him with homework.
Congratulations!  in my opinion i think St Paul's co-ed is one of the top schools in hk.
