No. of Students Transfer out from LSPS

Is there anyone who can tell me roughly how many students transfer out from LSPS to other schools each year for each grade?   I want to know the chance of survival for my son in the school.  Your help is appreciated.

我反而建議你裝備好個仔，因為就算比你知道數字，並唔會增加入讀的機會。講真的，就算該年有10個位，如果只有10個小朋友角逐，並唔代表會收晒10個，學校寧願 hold 番D位，留番下一年再收D精英好過。

希望你不要介意，唔係打擊你，只係提醒你應著重小朋友的學業/學習能力，對學校的認識/認同。插得班入黎，個個都係班中頭幾位；亦係如此，可帶動其他同學的學習氣氛。

早兩年獲邀考小二插班試的有二十多人，據我所知最後收咗四個，而該年各級的插班生 (小二至小五) 總數約十多人。

請問小朋友如要考入做插班生, 是否要預備中、英、數筆試，是否還需要面試呢？面試內容如何？

中英數筆試係基本，一定要預備 (如果有得考的話)；

過得到筆試，你先諗面試啦!

以往數學係中文卷，因為喇沙係中文小學，所以用中文數。 至於筆試內容，真係答你唔到，因為................唔係我出卷!

但肯定的，就係會................好深! 早幾年有小朋友插P.2，佢話考的內容係P.2的東西，咁你又會點預備呢？

Is it against the law to force students to leave the school?
I thought every HK kids are entitled for 9 years' of free education?

I've heard that they have a way to make you and your kid feel bad, so you will voluntarily leave the school.  I am not talking about only La Salle, all prestigious schools in Hong Kong do that, especially the ones that are government subsidized and they do not have the liberty to choose their own students via interviews, but only thorough the lottery system.

如果那個學生的離開/轉換一下學習環境, 將會對那學生更好, 那離開又何嘗不是一件好事? 因為學生/家長與學校要求及理念等都是一種配對, 配得上, 適應得好, 就留下, 否則離開, 找另一所更適合自己小朋友的學校, 從來都是一件好事。難就難在家長不明白這個道理/不願意接受這個現實----那永遠是對小朋友造成折磨。
