Thanks for your info! I will go to see the caroling with my girl. She loves HY so much.   For me, I hope it can recall my memory of school life cos' I'm also a member in my school choir. And we also got the final championship and best girls' choir award in 19XX.

Yes this afternoon is the best session because it'll be in the foyer of the Cultural Centre. I don't know about the other sessions inside hotels. Can we just go inside the hotel to listen? The Peninsular is such a high class hotel...

My elder daughter will be singing today and Daddy will take video for her. But I need to stay home with younger daughter.

My girl has a swimming class today evening. Maybe we go on 22/12 or 24/12.      Well.......I think 24/12 is better because I agree "The Peninsular is such a high class hotel" for me too.

阿囡好想入學校的 choir, 但似乎唔容易入到啊! 佢話班上冇人入到, 但隔離班就有好幾個
是否每年學期末就會甄選新成員呢?

不知道在半島酒店唱時會怎樣 不過我們要去接她，也會嘗試入去聽一會。

是的，學校的歌詠隊每年都會選拔。下次再試吧！

其實還有一場在香港公園，香港電台第四台會直播，不過協恩choir只是 guest ，會和另外幾間學校擔任和唱，主要演出者是男女拔，時間是24/12 5pm-6:45pm，即是Sheraton Hotel 同一天，所以這天協恩有兩隊choir 唱 caroling，大女兒會去香港公園唱。

香港公園的節目叫做：For the Beauty of the Earth 聖誕園林音樂會－瑞特（John Rutter）的頌歌。香港電台第四台的Morning Call 節目剛剛播出了John Rutter 的訪問，有興趣的可以上網聽聽，順便練習 listening（21/12 ，節目由8am開始，訪問在9:20am播出)。

班上應該有好些人入選choir啊，不過以我所見，A和C班入選的人數多一些。我阿囡就話鍾意唱歌，不過唔鍾意喺人面前表演喎！

Got no time to attend the Cultural Ctr session. What a pity!

Have called the Peninsular and was told that we need to join the festive high tea ($3xx per head) in order to listen to the carols. Nevertheless, all high tea sessions in December were full booked one month ago......

Then I called Sheraton who told me the performance will be in the hotel lobby, not cafe. I think I'll go there but still thinking whether to take the baby ('coz too crowded in TST).

I was also a choir member in the past. It seems much more difficult to become one nowadays.

Hello maysiupoon,
Thanks for letting me know about this festive high tea ($3xx per head) ...and sold out one month ago . Then I'd better go at the end of the caroling to pick my daughter up.

Yesterday the Strings Orchestra was also playing at the Cultural Centre with the choir. My daughter said the school video team were there to shoot the video. Not sure if it'll be uploaded to Youtube later.

I thought you were an old girl in the choir too, because you knew HYS choir would be doing caroling somewhere.

因為覺得昨日的表演時間和場地比較合適，所以決定同阿女申請掉游水堂，帶她去看HY合唱團和絃樂團的表演，她們的都表現得很棒，很淡定。 阿囡睇得好開心啊！在此推介各位家長帶囡囡去睇。

見到大姐姐表演得如此精彩，就順勢叫囡囡練好啲大提琴，第日可以好似姐姐一樣咁叻 ！

結果大女兒在半島兩場表演之間休息時打電話回來說可以隨便站在大堂看的，於是早十五分鐘去接她，就在大堂看了一會。也有其他觀眾圍觀，一些外國遊客還在攝錄呢！反而吃 high tea 的人並不是對著表演台，應該看得不甚清楚，還給圍觀的人阻礙視線

大女兒說休息時半島酒店提供了很好吃的曲奇餅、三文治和汽水！ Choir members F.2 開始才准報名參加 Caroling。通常去的時候有車從學校接去（因為之前還在練習），走的時候就在表演場地解散，所以要大一點才能參加吧。

We (my husband, my BB and my elder sister) went to the Sheraton on 24/12 for the caroling performance. It was really good! There were many "HYS fans" around.

The music teacher, Ms Yu, seems to be pregnant. Do you know how many months? I could hardly recognize her! She does not know me actually but I know her via other friends.

Yes, my elder sister and me were choir members in the past. We love singing carols.

Yes my daughter said Ms Yu is pregnant, but she doesn't know how many months. She said Ms Yu might not be able to take the choirs to the Music Festival, so probably the due date is around that time.

Your baby is 9 months old and you're already planning her schooling?
