Rent a small unit

If live in net 18, but want to increase chance to go good local primary, is it worth renting a small unit in net 11, net 12.

How much budget needs to prepare with so that the address is good enough to apply with good local DSS or local private school as well. Thanks

So, will a small unit like 200sq ft in net 11 or net 12 affect the application of DSS or private school? Because it shows that the parents might not be rich enough to cover the school fee.

I don't think this is the major reason to affect the DSS or private school application. I have a friend who is living in public estate but their daughter is still able to get into the private school.  I think parents' educational background and students' performance during interview are important than that.

But just not sure how parent educational background is important or not. If important, do you mean to include in the children's portfolio?

Does anyone know that if the rent budget be as low as 5k per month in net11, net12? And is the address decent good enough?

Hi, can anyone help?  As moving to net 41 is quite expensive for the rental and the lucky draw result is not guaranteed, is the time sufficient if only move to net 41 (rent apartment) after knowing the results of private /直資primary?
